We loved everything! We loved the building, we loved our little apartment, it was so nice to have a "home away from home", especially for me as I'd been travelling with work all week so the Santini Residence was great.We loved the location too, it was convenient for sightseeing but far enough away from madness in the evenings. The staff were amazing, the had such a pleasant manner with us, we felt so welcome from the beginning of our stay until we left.
If I am forced to pick something than perhaps some English TV channels (other than news); the DVD player in our romm didn't work. These would have been nice in the evening times when we got home from sight seeing, but it didn't hugely impact us.
